Relax & Restore Massage
Light / Medium pressure | 75, 90 or 120 minutes
A deeply restorative full-body treatment blending flowing Lomi Lomi, gentle relaxation massage, craniosacral techniques and facial massage. Designed to soften tension, quieten the mind and help your nervous system settle into a deeper state of rest.
This treatment is ideal when you’re feeling stressed, depleted, sensitive to pressure or simply craving stillness and nurturing touch.
Each session includes a curated playlist, red light therapy, warm compresses and a cleansing ritual to help you feel grounded, present and deeply cared for.
Full Body Honouring Massage
Light, medium or firm flowing pressure | 75, 90 or 120 minutes
A slow, deeply nurturing treatment that honours your whole body, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.
Long, flowing Lomi Lomi movements are blended with intentional remedial techniques to soften muscular tension without losing the gentle rhythm of the treatment. Pressure is tailored to you and can be light, medium or firm, but the experience always remains flowing, connected and deeply caring.
This is a space where you don’t need to do anything or arrive in any particular way. You are invited to exhale, soften and feel completely held while your body gradually lets go of what it has been carrying.
Your treatment may incorporate facial massage, craniosacral techniques, acupressure, gua sha, gentle sliding cupping and an optional buccal jaw release. Each element is chosen intuitively according to what your body needs and is always offered with care and consent.
A curated playlist, warm compresses, cleansing ritual and heart crystalline and wildflower elixirs complete the experience, creating a quiet space for you to feel nurtured, restored and reconnected with yourself.
Half Body Target Treatment
Firm, focused treatment | 60 Minutes
A focused remedial treatment for clients who want one half or region of the body treated thoroughly, rather than a full-body massage.
You can choose to focus on:
-
Upper body: back, neck, shoulders, chest and arms
-
Lower body: hips, glutes and legs
-
Back of the body: the posterior chain from shoulders to feet
-
Front of the body: face, jaw, chest, arms and legs
Your session begins with a brief assessment before Meagan tailors the treatment to your areas of pain, tension or restricted movement. Remedial massage, trigger-point therapy, myofascial techniques, stretching and cupping therapy may be incorporated according to what your body needs.
This appointment does not include a full-body treatment. If you would like both the upper and lower body addressed, please book a 75 or 90-minute Full Body Remedial Massage.
Full Body Remedial Massage
For women only | Firm, targeted pressure | 75 or 90 minutes
Remedial massage uses hands-on assessment and targeted treatment to identify areas of muscular tension, overload and restriction. It works with the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues to support the body’s natural recovery processes.
Using a combination of firm remedial techniques, Meagan works to encourage blood and lymphatic circulation through injured, overworked or stressed areas of the body. Treatment may help relieve muscular tightness, improve mobility and support recovery from injury or physical strain.
Remedial massage may be beneficial for:
-
Muscular pain and tightness
-
Headaches associated with neck and shoulder tension
-
Restricted movement and joint stiffness
-
Overuse and repetitive strain
-
Injury rehabilitation
-
Arthritis-related muscular tension
-
General physical fatigue and tension
Your session may also incorporate cupping therapy. Cupping therapy is a key part of Meagan’s remedial work and may involve stationary or gliding cups to release stubborn muscular and fascial tension and create more space for movement.
Although the treatment is focused and firm, it still gives the body an opportunity to slow down, unwind and move out of a guarded state.
Is this treatment right for you?
Meagan’s remedial style is firm, focused and highly intentional, but it is not maximum-pressure deep-tissue massage.
If you prefer precise treatment that addresses specific areas of tension while still allowing your body to relax, this treatment will be a great fit. If you are seeking extremely deep, sustained pressure throughout the entire session, Meagan can refer you to a trusted therapist whose treatment style is better suited to that.
